RAVENOL AWD-H Fluid is suitable for use with all-wheel drive powertrains with Haldex couplings in AUDI, VOLKSWAGEN, SEAT, SKODA, OPEL, LANDROVER and VOLVO vehicles.
Haldex pump failure is one of the common issue on MQB platform all-wheel drive models, often occurring around 100,000 km. Many owners are unaware the all wheel drive is not functioning.
Common symptoms include:
- Understeer during tight turns
- Flashing traction control light under heavy acceleration
- Front wheel spinning under heavy acceleration
- Noticeably worse traction in low-grip conditions
These symptoms are typically more pronounced on tuned vehicles. Frequent Haldex oil change and filter cleaning can prevent the pump from fail effectively.
